Health & Safety Information

Your Safety Is Our Priority

At Flow Hypopressives, your health, safety, and wellbeing are our highest priorities. However, as with any form of exercise, participation carries some level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone.

Please read the following information carefully before taking part in any class, course, workshop, or online programme.

Hypopressives are not suitable during pregnancy unless specifically adapted and supervised by a practitioner appropriately trained in pregnancy-specific Hypopressive techniques and following medical guidance.

If you become pregnant during a programme, please inform your instructor immediately.

Postnatal Participation

Following childbirth, participants should ensure they have received appropriate medical clearance and feel physically ready to resume exercise. Individual recovery times vary, and modifications may be recommended based on delivery type, symptoms, and healing progress.

Hernias, Prolapse and Medical Conditions
