Booking Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Hypopressive classes, workshops, courses, one-to-one sessions, online sessions, and related services provided by Flow Pilates and Hypopressives.
By booking or attending a session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
· Full payment must be received before attendance unless otherwise agreed.
· Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
· Prices may be amended at any time but will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellation by Participant
Group Classes
· Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class may be transferred to another available session.
· Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable.
Courses and Workshops
· More than 14 days’ notice: full refund less any non-refundable booking fees.
· 7–14 days’ notice: 50% refund.
· Less than 7 days’ notice: no refund.
One-to-One Sessions
· At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
· Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
4. Cancellation by the Business
