Meet the Team
Sue Hoadley
For over 20 years, I worked as a Radiographer specialising in both CT and MRI, developing an in-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology and the relationship between structure, function and movement. My clinical experience has given me a unique perspective on the body and a strong appreciation for evidence-informed approaches to health and rehabilitation.
Alongside my healthcare career, I am a certified Matwork and Reformer Pilates instructor and a certified Hypopressives Practitioner. Having completed a comprehensive Hypopressives for Pelvic Health certification with ‘Hypopressives with Alice’, I have gained an in-depth understanding of the technique and its applications.
The courses and workshops I offer are underpinned by the UK's first data-supported Hypopressives methodology, which has been used extensively throughout the UK and internationally, aiming to support improvements in pelvic health. The approach aims to support improvements in urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction. Hypopressives are also being increasingly used as part of a conservative approach to hernia, stoma and diastasis recti management, with the aim of improving core function, posture and breathing efficiency.
I am passionate about helping people better understand their bodies, restore confidence in movement and develop sustainable strategies to support long-term health and wellbeing. Whether you are recovering from childbirth, managing pelvic floor symptoms or looking to improve your core function and posture, my goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can learn practical skills to help you move and feel better.
